The mobile app was designed with role-specific experiences: a Support Worker app and a Participant app. Workers can manage rosters, view client details, submit progress notes, complete risk assessments, and track earnings. Participants can review upcoming shifts, see associated costs, access a shared diary, and collaborate with family or coordinators.
