CCPA Policy

What is CCPA Policy?

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them and the CCPA regulations provide guidance on how to implement the law.

1 How We Collect the Information

We collect the information depending on the service you use. Other than that, we intake some information atomically from various methods, which is listed below.

1.1 Information We Take from Users

The basic information you provide willing to us regarding work and services are name, address, phone number, email, payment information, gender, and birthdate. But there are other ways where we are allowed to collect the information such as:

  • You enter resignation information in our services
  • Participating in activity or poll or answer the various questions posted by us.
  • Make a purchase
  • Requesting particular services (For Example: Newsletter, updates, Pricing)
  • Download or use one of our service or application
  • Connect with our service through SNS or social media platforms.
  • Navigating our websites or applications
  • Submitted your information for any reasons.

We collect your ID and store it our SNS account that you use to connect or browse our website or application. You authorise Vrinsoft to gather, store, and use all information available to Vrinsoft through the SNS interface, including without limitation any information that you have made public in connection with your SNS account, information that the SNS shares with us, or information, when you sign in to your Vrinsoft account or mobile application with your SNS account information or connect to your SNS account with the Services in another way. Whenever you are online have exercise caution and responsibility. If you voluntarily disclose information through the Services—for example, via an SNS, on message boards, in chat areas, or in advertisements or notices you post—that information can be viewed publicly, may be collected and used by third parties without our knowledge or consent, and may lead to data collection by or unsolicited messages from other people or third parties.

1.2 Automatically Collect Information

1.2.1 Device Information: When you access the Services using a computer or other device, we may automatically collect some information about those devices. We may, for instance, gather and examine data such as IP addresses, geolocation details specific device identifiers, such as those used for mobile advertising, and other details about your smartphone or other mobile device, as well as data on browser types, browser languages, operating systems, and the region from which you accessed the Services.

Information about your interactions with the Services, including referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, clicked items, interaction with advertisements, domain names, landing pages, pages and content viewed in order, amount of time spent on specific pages, mouse hover information, including location and time spent on each area of the page, date and time you used the Services, frequency of use, error log, and other information. As further outlined below, we may employ third-party analytics service providers and technologies, such as cookies and similar tools, to help us gather and analyse this data.

We might also record additional information, like search parameters and outcomes. For internal use, we may occasionally link this data to a special Vrinsoft identifier. In such cases, your Vrinsoft identifier will be regarded as Vrinsoft information, and nothing in this Privacy Policy restricts how Vrinsoft may use it.

1.2.2 Location Information: In order to tailor the Services with location-based information, advertising, and features, we may collect various types of information about your location, including general information (for example, IP address, ZIP code) and more specific information (for example, GPS-based functionality on mobile devices used to access the Services). For instance, the Services may be altered to display information and advertisements specific to downtown Los Angeles if your IP address indicates that it originated there.

Your location data might be given to our representatives, vendors, or advertisers in order to accomplish this. If you use a mobile device to access the Services and do not want your device to transmit location data to us, you can turn off your device’s GPS or other location-tracking features, assuming your device has such a feature. For more information, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for your device.

1.2.3. Other Technologies: In order to: (a) store your username and password; (b) monitor and analyse how our sites and Services are used by gathering the data mentioned (c) tailor the Services to your express and implied preferences; and (d) tailor advertising that appears on the Services as well as advertisements that may appear on other websites or mobile apps. In order to deliver or communicate with cookies, track your use of the Services, serve you advertisements, and otherwise personalise and/or customise your experience, we and our vendors may also use other Internet technologies, such as Flash technologies, Web beacons or pixel tags, and other comparable technologies. Web beacons may also be used in email communications, newsletters, and other electronic communications for advertising, personalization, analytics, and other purposes. We might use different techniques to collect more data as we adopt new technologies.

We may occasionally use ‘onboarded’ audiences to target advertisements to you. To do this, we may share your information with service providers who will de-identify it and link it to cookies so we can reach you with display media. In order to enable advertising to be targeted to you on other websites, applications, or services, we may also assist these service providers in placing their own cookies by deploying a cookie that is associated with a “hashed” value associated with interest-based or demographic data.

The majority of browsers accept cookies by default, but you can change this by going to the Help section of your browser’s toolbar. Please be aware that if you choose to reject cookies, you might not be able to sign in, customise, or use some interactive features of the Services, and the ads you see might not be as pertinent to you. Moreover, we might use Flash cookies. Flash cookies function differently from browser cookies, and Flash cookies cannot be deleted using cookie management tools found in web browsers.

1.2.4 Information From Third Parties: Third parties, including marketers, partners, researchers, social networks, data services firms (for data enhancement, for example), and others, may provide us with additional information about you. We may combine the data we gather from you with the data we learn about you from these third parties and data gleaned from any other subscription, product, or service we offer.

You might be able to share with us information that you’ve already given to a third-party social networking site through our services. You might be able to use your Meta account or other third-party credentials to log into our Services or create an account for them. If you do this, the third party may make information that you have provided to them available to us in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms, and conditions, and you authorise them to give us any information they may provide (e.g., your email address).

1.2.5 Collection of Information Across Application: In order to better tailor content, features, and advertising and give you a consistent experience across the site, we (or our service providers) occasionally use the data we collect, such as log-in credentials, IP addresses, hashed email addresses, and unique mobile device identifiers, to locate or attempt to locate the same unique users across multiple browsers or devices.

Before granting a request, we will make a good faith effort to confirm your identity. According to the relevant law, some information may be exempt from such requests. To be able to offer you the Services, we must have a specific type of information.

1.6 California Do-Not-Track disclosure requirements

In Sections 4.1 and 4.2, we provide links to the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out Link, the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out Link, TrustArc’s Advertising Choices page, and the Google opt-out link because we are committed to giving you meaningful choices about the information we collect on our Services for third-party uses. However, because the Internet industry is still developing Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions, we are unable to recognise or act upon browser-initiated Do Not Track signals.
