Our Client

Our client, a healthcare organization, needed a website and cross-platform mobile application (for iOS & Android) to assist patients in managing their chronic conditions and improve communication with their healthcare providers. The application also aimed to collect data on patient symptoms, treatment adherence, and outcomes to improve the delivery of care. Patients could manage their accounts with their personal and treatment information and update their progress with the healthcare providers.

Client Requirement

The client was looking for a medical app for making it easy for both patients and medical institute to communicate with each ither. The client owned a leading medical institute in the USA and had been searching for a mobile app development company to provide mobile app development services for the medical industry. He wanted an app that helps doctors gain access to patients’ data and on the other hand, patients should be able to avail medical services easily.
Doctors should be able to build a more personal relationship with their patients, and diagnose patients remotely using several advanced techniques. Medical apps should be implemented into their system for various other applications like telehealth, medical billing, patient monitoring, patient recovery, and much more.

Proposed Solution to fix operational process

We proposed developing a one-stop mobile app and website to simplify the process of searching for and booking medical appointments in USA. Our aim was to design an intuitive interface, one that was simple yet effective, ensuring users could easily navigate and find what they were looking for. It would have allowed medical professionals to list their availability and services to be approved by the administrator.

A special panel was designed to allow the administrator to approve the listings and manage several website settings like multi-language, payment, social media, etc. Besides this, several other features were made available to the users, like viewing reviews, submitting their own reviews and rating, use of the robust search system, and more. The website also allowed users to switch between different languages and currencies.

Why we chose this solution: The reason we chose Swift and Java for mobile app development instead of developing a cross-platform application was that the client wished to add several advanced features that could take maximum advance of all the features of the device itself. Swift is ideal when it comes to developing a native app for the iOS platform.

Swift is easy to read & maintain, besides which it is also secure, concise, fast, and supports a wide range of dynamic libraries.
