Managing corporate travel involves multiple approvals, policies, and expense reports that often create inefficiencies. The client approached Vrinsoft to design a digital platform that simplifies how businesses in Saudi Arabia manage their travel operations. Our UI/UX team designed a complete interface system for the client, covering corporate bookings, approvals, and expense tracking under one framework. The goal was to create a platform that unifies all travel needs including flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals, trains, visas, and insurance, while keeping the process simple for employees and transparent for administrators.
Based in Saudi Arabia, the client provides solutions that simplify business travel for enterprises. They required a unified platform that could accommodate both large-scale travel needs and internal approval systems. The company wanted a design that not only looked professional but also addressed real corporate challenges such as policy enforcement, expense tracking, and role-based access.

We designed a structured corporate travel management platform focused entirely on usability and process clarity. The system layout connects booking, approval, and expense tracking through a unified interface for all user roles. Using Figma, our design team created detailed web and mobile layouts that reflect how corporate users actually work from staff submitting travel requests to admins approving and monitoring them. Each module was designed to keep actions simple, information visible, and navigation consistent across devices.
