Managing corporate travel involves multiple approvals, policies, and expense reports that often create inefficiencies. The client approached Vrinsoft to design a digital platform that simplifies how businesses in Saudi Arabia manage their travel operations. Our UI/UX team designed a complete interface system for the client, covering corporate bookings, approvals, and expense tracking under one framework. The goal was to create a platform that unifies all travel needs including flights, hotels, transfers, car rentals, trains, visas, and insurance, while keeping the process simple for employees and transparent for administrators.

Strategy

 We began by studying how each user role fits into the corporate travel process. Every task was turned into a simple, goal-based digital flow. 
For Corporate Staff, we designed a clean and direct interface. Users can book, track, and manage trips with just a few taps. Policy notes appear clearly to help them follow company rules.
For Corporate Admins, we built compact dashboards for quick reviews. Managers can approve or reject requests instantly. Expense details are arranged for fast comparison. 
For the Platform Admin, we designed a single control hub. It lets the platform manage companies, apply policies, and monitor all travel data with ease. 
Across all modules, the layout stays consistent. Each screen keeps actions clear and information easy to process.
