They aimed to create a structured hiring platform built specifically for working professionals and serious recruiters. They wanted candidate profiles to follow standardized fields such as industry, visa type, experience level, and skills so recruiters could filter applications accurately. They also required clear application stage tracking, recruiter dashboards with hiring metrics, subscription plans for both job seekers and employers, and a centralized admin system to manage users, revenue, and platform activity.
Client Requirements
We designed and developed a modular job portal platform structured around three interconnected panels that centralize profile management, job listings, application workflows, recruiter analytics, subscription billing, and administrative governance within a single ecosystem. The job seeker module supports structured onboarding with predefined fields, resume uploads, optional video introductions, advanced job filtering, saved listings, and real-time application tracking across defined hiring stages.
The recruiter module enables controlled job creation using standardized criteria such as industry, visa eligibility, skills, and experience level while offering applicant pipeline management, status updates, communication tools, and performance dashboards. The admin panel oversees master data categories, subscription plans, financial transactions, user accounts, reports, and CMS content. The platform is supported by secure backend architecture, relational data structuring, scalable cloud hosting, and dedicated integrations for OTP authentication, online payment processing, and location-based job search functionality, all connected within a unified system framework.
